How can you escalate when you are not happy with the support

You can leave your impressions about the quality of Maavi's support by simply providing feedback on the Customer survey signature that comes with every email that Maavi's support team sends out. Sending remarks through this survey is the most effective way and perhaps the easiest, to escalate the issue where needed.

You can also send an email to escalations@maavicorp.com with your support request reference and details of why you were not satisfied. We usually take 2-3 days to respond but will start reviewing the ticket within a few hours of receiving your email.
