How to get support when you cannot login to Work Email

You may lose access to your work email occasionally on account of several reasons. But, email is the primary identity / channel that support can use to identify whether the request received is genuine. And what do you do when you don't have access to it?

The way to reach out to support is through your reporting manager or through your Company's technical contacts. But, there's also an easier way to do it.

IT support will process your requests, if the mobile number you call from or provide to the team during live chat matches with the number on record. This means that your mobile must be on record and must be kept updated whenever there's a change in order for IT support to be able to quickly process your request.
